Job Description

Creation and maintenance of databases and other related reports
- Maintaining and filling statutory compliances documents and GSD policy related documents
- Preparing management dashboard and reports (scheduled and unscheduled)
- MIS Reporting online on SNOW and offline (power point dashboards)
- Managing different sort of data entry for the service desk
- Data analysis of daily/weekly/monthly reports

Skills and Knowledge:
) MIS Skills esp. w.r.t.
dashboards and reporting
2) Technical / functional knowhow from MIS perspective
(Metrics reporting in ITES
industry)
3) Good communication skills
4) Excel and Advance Excel
5) Knowledge of service now
reporting
